For children 1st through 4th grade

Four 8-week sessions during the school year

Second Session: Winter

January 29, 2020—March 18, 2020

  • When: Wednesdays; After school until 5:00 pm
  • Cost: Free (The $50 fee is being underwritten by donors)
  • Transportation provided from Ada Christian School
  • Children walking from Ada Vista are escorted by an adult

COST: The costs for this winter session have been generously underwritten. The winter session is FREE.

Choose One of Seven Classes

Junior Cadets (Boy’s Club)

The Junior Cadets feel the excitement of cadetting as they work on merit badges
and projects. Building tomorrow’s leaders and teaching how to have a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

GEMs (Girl’s Club)

GEMS Girls’ Clubs is a relationship-building small group—a place to meet new friends. Our goal is to help bring girls into a living, dynamic, relationship with Jesus Christ through singing, Bible study, projects, games and crafts.

Life Skills through Magic

A class that’s more than meets the eye. Hidden in these fun and interactive classes are simple and powerful life changing lessons. Through the act of performing magic, your child will develop priceless communication, people skills and have a brief Bible lesson.

Art Class

Students will be instructed on the basic techniques and media to create works of
art. Led by local chalk artist SuZie Z.

Kids Dance

Learn beginning dance steps to a Christian song. While getting great exercise, kids will learn; rhythms, dance language, the meaning behind the song, and team bonding.

Stomp Band

Playing on a biscuit tin, coffee cups, a stool, cake tray, a mixing bowl, or garbage bin. Students will learn beginning rhythms on unique items. This will be kept to a small group, sign up early.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do promotes and improves flexibility, muscle tone, stamina, self esteem, concentration, and focus while learning leadership skills. Instructor—Patricia R., 5th dan Master Instructor.
